The founding of YES.HR emerged from a deep belief: HR is more than administration. HR is a strategic engine for culture, performance, and growth. After many years across different organisations, I’ve seen how crucial it is for HR not just to follow — but to lead. When processes run smoothly, leadership is strengthened, and people feel genuinely valued, it creates an energy that moves entire organisations.
Through my diverse professional background — from corporate environments to retail, real estate, project development, property management, and the trade fair industry — I’ve learned how differently organisations operate, and at the same time, which HR components must function everywhere. This is exactly why we work intentionally across industries. YES.HR is designed to support companies of any size and any sector — structured, flexible, and with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics within different business fields.

My professional journey spans various industries, companies, and cultures — and this diversity continues to shape my work today. I began my career in a large German corporation, where I quickly learned how complex organisations operate and how essential clear processes and reliable HR structures truly are. I then moved into the retail sector, experiencing a dynamic environment where speed, pragmatism, and hands-on HR expertise are key.

In recent years, I have worked as Head of HR for a real estate and project development company, a property management firm, and a trade fair operator. In these roles, I built an entire HR department from the ground up — including the team — covering everything from strategy and process architecture to full operational implementation. This experience showed me how powerful HR can be when it doesn’t just react but actively shapes and leads.

My international experience and extended stays abroad have also taught me how valuable cultural diversity is for organisations. I have seen firsthand how different perspectives drive innovation and how critical diversity is to building strong, future-ready teams.
