I am Lidija Cirkovic
My professional journey has taken me through different industries, companies, and cultures — and that diversity still shapes my work today.
I started my career at DB, a major German mobility and logistics corporation, in Controlling before moving into my passion: HR. There, I learned early on how complex organizations operate and how essential clear processes and reliable HR structures truly are.
From there, I transitioned into the retail world at ZARA, experiencing a dynamic environment where speed, pragmatism, and hands-on HR expertise are key.
